Brewing Guide- Using boiling water, brew for 5-7 minutes depending on taste How to Serve- Best served with milk or black Tasting Notes- A strong black tea mixed with spices and a sweet Belgian chocolate finish.

Ingredients- Black tea, Ginger, Cinnamon, Cardamom, White Chocolate pieces*,Black and White pepper, Clove, Nutmeg, Natural flavours. *White chocolate pieces: Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole milk powder, Skimmed milk powder, Butter oil, Soya lecithin, Vanilla extract.

Allergens- Milk and Soy.

Colour in Cup- Deep Copper.

Night of the Iguana Belgian Chocolate Chai

Using the Ceylon’s delicate floral notes and a touch of mild astringency, added to the depth of the full bodied Indian teas, creates a complex blend. The addition of white chocolate and a blend of spices from the Malabar Coast of India are added to the mix; sharp ginger, cardamom, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper. This tea is rich and astringent, with pleasant overtones of spice.

Type of Tea- Orthodox Blended Flavoured Black Te.

Origin- Dimbula, Uva and Nuwara Eliya districts, Sri Lanka and Assma and Kerala, India.

Leaf Grade- Orange Pekoe.
